This website is operated by Katembe Properties Indonesia. By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Products
We strive to display products as accurately as possible in terms of photos and descriptions. However, slight variations in color or details may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or production batches.
3. Orders
Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Products will be shipped according to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect address input.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery times depend on the courier service chosen.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
5. Return & Warranty
For warranty claims, customers may contact our WhatsApp admin (+62 811-2074-435) by providing proof of warranty in the form of the expiry date listed on the product box.
The product must be shipped to our office for inspection before any warranty process is approved.
After inspection, we will inform the customer about the issue with the watch along with an estimated service/warranty timeframe of 7 business days.
Once the service is completed, the product will be returned to the customer’s address.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the product, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.
